A new version of the open-source event calendar with support for ASP.NET MVC 4.

A new version of the open-source event calendar for ASP.NET MVC was released.
It is a bug-fixing release.
- Mouse offset calculation fixed (partially hidden objects). Fixes the activation of "move" and "resize" cursor indicators.
- Callback request uses "text/plain" content type.
- hideUntilInit client-side property added (enabled by default)
